How a Weigh Day Works

What happens on the day

The whole process takes around 30 minutes. You drive in, we do the rest — no jacking, no guesswork, just real numbers measured on calibrated pads.

Roll onto the pads

Your caravan is weighed solo on individual wheel pads — every wheel measured separately, no driving on and off repeatedly.

Hitch & combination

If you've added the vehicle option, we weigh your tow vehicle unhitched, then hitched, to capture true tow ball mass and full combination weight.

Balance test

We run a real leverage test on your van to learn how weight at the front and rear shifts your tow ball — numbers unique to your caravan.

Walk through results

Ben goes through your numbers against your compliance plate, flags any issues, and you leave with a full digital report.

Per-wheel precision across the caravan and tow vehicle, checked against your factory limits — ATM, GTM, GVM, GCM and tow ball mass.
